just like BFF, or Best Friends Forever

BFhFs is committed to raising the bar for Filipinos in Canada to reach their aspirations, succeed, and positively contribute to Canada’s wealth and comfort, as well as help Filipinos and the Philippine economy back home.

With Pinoy helping Pinoys in Canada, we hope to operate on a common platform of collaboration, assistance, support, and unity in purpose to advance Filipinos striving to raise and level up to competition and exceed expectations in a foreign land with impactful contribution to human development, economic prosperity, environmental justice and save planet earth.

BFhF intends to unite the many Filipino organizations in Toronto and across Canada to collaborate and work together to promote and patronize Filipino products and services that positively impacts the expanding Canadian economy, while providing and helping access to relatives and friends (back home) with skills, idea, talent and money to come to Canada and invest their time, talent and treasure to contribute to Canadian economic growth. (Dyan kasi, oligarchs na ang may-ari ng Pinoy resources. Ang pag-asang umasenso ay unti-unting nawawala sa karamihan.) Here, equal chances are afforded to people who have the aspiration talent, skills, and patience to access life-changing opportunities to improve their life at which time they can positively contribute to economic growth at home thru money remittances, technology transfer and much needed thought leadership with right values that will promote truth and reconciliation for the national upliftment.

In Canada, Pinoys can invest in each others’ resources to meet the needs of fellow Filipinos, especially in helping and promoting Filipino products and service providers to raise the bar and guarantee their success in a challenging environment. It is important to have affordable housing access to locals, and homestay program for newly landed Pinoys, especially those learned, with hard-earned skills, talent and determination to win.

What we aspire is for the Canadian-Pinoys to win with the educated and skilled Pinoys (back home) to also win in a new home. Canada accepts 500,000 immigrants every year. In 2022, majority of those taken are 51% Indians, followed by Chinese. These guys have the talent, the money and resources that help them migrate to Canada. Pinoys only 4% still going down. In a free and democratic community, number is a force to influence our status. That is the key we aspire today.
